Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We have a 3-days return or exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange only in case of wrong or damaged items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

If you return an item within 3 days from the date of delivery unused and in resalable condition, including unmarked, undamaged, and complete packaging, we will issue store credit equal to the purchase price. Only damaged or wrong meter (part of meter) or piece or product can be refunded not whole order. A minimum 25% restocking fee may apply to these returns if you are willing to return an item that is not wrong or damaged. 

EXCHANGE

If the fabrics are being returned due to a manufacturing defect within 7 days from the date of delivery, we will repair or replace the item.  Customers will not incur shipping charges unless they require expedited shipping.

REFUND

After a successful return and inspection of returned fabric, we will issue store credit equal to the purchase price or refund to your bank account or refund to your source of payment if order is prepaid. If coupon code is applied and the order is returned then the discount will be deducted from the amount and remaining amount will be refunded. A minimum 25% restocking fee may apply to return if not eligible for return.

Both way shipping charges and COD Charge will be deducted from the amount and remaining amount will be credited if the order is returned by you.

DAMAGES AND ISSUE

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If the item is being returned shows signs of use, and we determine it does not have a manufacturing defect, the return will be handled on a case-by-case basis and we will not issue store credit.  Customers may be charged shipping to return the product to you.  We will do our very best to help you determine if the product is actually defective before issuing an RMA number.

NON-RETURNABLE

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personalized printed fabrics or any special orders. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about any fabrics.

If your order contains products sold in OFFERS or SALE, we would not accept any returns request unless the product is defected/damaged or the product is not what you ordered for.

To cancel order please get in touch with us at help@fabricandprint.com with your order number and your cancellation request
